Take a Moment

Spending time observing nature just might lift your spirits!

Find a spot near a pond or creek, in a garden or by a grove of trees then just wait and watch. If you're still and quiet, you may observe nature uninterrupted; the frogs may reappear at the edge of the pond, the birds and squirrels may return to their work. Look under stones and dig in the mud. Exposure to nature is all about awakening your senses and joy.
